Young executive who created Lanna Lakeview Chiang Mai
Mr. Somjet Kuharungkitcharoen, a 32-year-old young and energetic executive who has been in the real estate business for more than 10 years, is the owner of Muen Saen Lan Co., Ltd. (MSL Estates), the developer and manager of the Lanna Lakeview project, which has achieved success in a short period of time. He is considered a prominent real estate development company during the current hot housing business.
Mr. Somjet said about Chiang Mai's real estate market that:
" If there is any province that reflects Thainess the most, I think it must be Chiang Mai for sure. Chiang Mai is the center of the North. There are many elements that create a charming impression when you first see it, especially the infrastructure development projects from the central government, which increase the intensity, combined with the opening of the ASEAN gateway in 2015. The Lanna Lakeview project is a new and unique project in the market. I want this project to reflect the peaceful and comfortable way of life of the people of Chiang Mai. I want the residents to experience the beautiful culture and nature that surrounds our project. Therefore, I chose a location that is far from the city for privacy and has a simulated lake to increase the closeness to nature for customers."
Later, Mr. Somjet mentioned the highlight of the Lanna Lakeview Chiang Mai project. In addition to the beautiful land next to the lake, it is also a project that is ready to build houses and provide excellent advice to customers in a complete cycle.
"For the house, we have many house designs for customers to choose from, ranging from Lanna to modern styles. If customers want to consult about house designs, we have project architects to provide advice to meet the needs of each customer, who has different preferences. Everyone has their own dream house design. Mr. Somjet always emphasizes that we must treat our customers like family, building houses for them as if we were building our own houses.
"I think that being involved in designing “our home” is like a dream, which is like raising a child. We must use understanding, nurturing and gentleness to raise them to grow up. I see it as a source of pride and a reward in life. That’s why I believe that the best home is the one you build with your own hands, because the word “home” has more emotional value than just a place to live."
